Owning a sling for the first time, it may take sometime to master the art of using it. But once you do, you will wonder how did you live without it before.
Using
Clip'n'Sleep Ring Sling is even easier. You adjust it only once and
then put in on and take it off with the use of a clip. No more resizing
needed. It's so simple, just grab your baby, sling, diaper bag and go. It is so much fun and so much easier to maneuver in the isles of the store without that huge stroller that knocks everything off on it's way. With so many baby gadgets that encourage separation from your baby, like strollers, swings and bouncy seats, isn't it nice to have something that helps you keep your baby close? Slings and carriers have born the test of time for centuries. They allow you to give the best to your baby - you.
Baby slings, by no means, are a substitute for responsible parenting and common sense! Pay attention to your precious cargo at all times. A sling will not prevent little hands and fingers from reaching out and investigating everything or little bodies from wiggling free of any sling position.
Please read the instructions carefully. Failure to do so can result in serious harm to your baby. 1. WARNING: Positional asphyxia (suffocation) can occur in young babies. This can happen when a baby's chin is pressed against his or her chest, restricting airflow. Check regularly to ensure that baby's airway is unobstructed and baby is breathing regularly at all times, especially when sleeping.
2. Our slings are made to last you a long time, but always check your sling and seams for wear or any damage before putting baby in the sling. It is your responsibility to insure that everything is intact. If you find damage and wonder if you should use it, don't, just in case.
3. Always Read all of the enclosed instructions before trying out your sling and putting your baby in it. Practice at home a few times before going on a long trips.
4. Do not wear your baby in a car. Slings are not designed for that. You have to have state approved car seat in your vehicle.
5. Tail of the sling can be different length depending on your size, so please use caution around mechanical equipment, to avoid it being caught. As well as baby's hands and fingers.
6. Do not wear your sling around open flames and even stove. Silk is not flame resistant. We also recommend that you don't consume any hot liquids or beverages while wearing your baby in a sling.
7. Do not leave your baby wrapped, unsupervised, in your sling, to prevent accidental suffocation.
8. Always make sure that your baby is properly supported and situated inside the sling before you remove your hands from him. Both should be comfortable.
9. If you need to get something off the ground, don't bend over as your baby can fall out if not supported properly. Squat instead. How to put it on and adjust.
As long as baby is in proper position, the sling should not cause any back pain. And it is certainly easier on your body than carrying a car seat around, or carrying baby in your arms. Be sure the baby is at or above your waistline.
