Directions: For external use only. Apply liberally on face, avoiding eye area, and body to be exposed to the sun at least 20 minutes before exposure. Sun protection depends on using a sufficient amount. Higher SPF products give more sun protection but, even with repeated application, are not intended to extend the time spent in the sun beyond what is indicated by the sun protection factor. Activities that make you sweat, such as outdoor jobs (gardeners, construction workers), outdoor sports (tennis) or exercise, prolonged sunbathing, or water sports such as swimming, water-skiing, or wind surfing, may result in the removal of the sunscreen agent from the skin. Re-apply as needed, every 2-3 hours recommended. When possible, also wear a hat, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and UV-opaque sunglasses. FDA required warning: Do not ingest. Avoid eye area.
