Directions: For external use only. Apply liberally on face and body to be exposed to the sun at least 20 minutes before exposure. Sun protection depends on using a sufficient amount. Higher SPF products give more sun protection but, even with repeated application, are not intended to extend the time spent in the sun beyond what is indicated by the sun protection factor. Activities that make you sweat, such as running and playing sports, may result in the removal of the sunscreen agent from the skin. Re-apply as needed or every 2-3 hours, recommended. When possible, also wear a hat, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and UV- eye protection.
FDA required warning: Do not ingest. Avoid eye area. Keep out of reach of children. Rinse with water to remove, stop use and consult a doctor if rash or irritation develops.
Pediatricians recommend keeping babies 6 months and younger out of the sun. Most sunblocks shouldn't be used on babies younger than 6 months.

"I am so excited about this product! I love the health-factor of natural sunscreens but I hate how difficult natural sunscreens are to apply because they are thick and sticky and take forever to spread over your whole body. Some kinds you think you've rubbed in and they later look dry and flaky (like Mexitan). Others leave a slight whitish cast to your skin (California Baby). I was so happy when I put this Sweetsensation sunscreen on my kids. So easy and quick to rub in! It doesn't leave a whitish residue! And my kids adore the smell of chocolate and marshmallows! (I don't love the smell but it's not terrible and the kids are happy). We've put it on and used it outside in the sprinkler and not gotten burned, but not yet fully immersed in the pool. We did wait 20+ min. before going outside as recommended. It's not cheap ($22 for 3.5 oz.) but it's worth the price to be safe AND have a sunscreen that is EASY to put on.
