Directions: For external use only. Apply liberally on face and body to be exposed to the sun at least 20 minutes before exposure. Sun protection depends on using a sufficient amount. Higher SPF products give more sun protection but, even with repeated application, are not intended to extend the time spent in the sun beyond what is indicated by the sun protection factor. Activities that make you sweat, such as running and playing sports, may result in the removal of the sunscreen agent from the skin. Re-apply as needed or every 2-3 hours, recommended. When possible, also wear a hat, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and UV- eye protection.
